Shipping policy

Shipping:

We offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or outside of the country.Some locations, especially remote areas, may incur additional shipping charges. Our customer service team will inform you if this applies to your order.

Processing:

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are available. All items vary in ship time and it depends on the size, weight, and destination. When the item becomes available for shipping you'll receive a confirmation with estimated time frame. Lead times are subject to change but we are here to keep you as up to date as possible.

Standard Shipping: If an item is in stock typical ship time is 5-10 business days for delivery.

White Glove Delivery Service: For large furniture items, we offer an upgraded white glove service that includes delivery, unpacking, and assembly. Delivery times vary, but you will be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery date.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For oversized and large orders a custom quote can be provided.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. While we aim to deliver within the provided timeframes, external factors like weather, holidays, or third-party carrier delays may affect delivery schedules.

Delivery Restrictions:

Certain products, especially oversized or fragile items, may be subject to delivery restrictions based on size or destination. We will notify you if any of your items fall under these restrictions. 

Damages or Lost Items:

If your items are damaged during shipping or if your package is lost, please contact our customer service team at hello@arbor-row.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement, return, or refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to update the information before the order is shipped.

Signature Requirement:

For some deliveries, especially higher-value or bulky items, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please be available to sign for your package at the time of delivery or make arrangements with the carrier in advance.
