Returns or Exchanges
In the event an item does not work out as intended or you have changed your mind we accept returns on select items within 15 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Custom-made furniture, final sale items, and products marked as "Non-returnable" are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@arbor-row with your order and reason for the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been inspected and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for a return to be inspected and processed. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds are made to the original form of payment less the shipping fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will assist you with a return, replacement, or refund.
Be sure to keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage, as they may be required for your claim.
Return Shipping:
Our customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, we will provide a return label free of charge.
For large or bulky items, we may arrange for a pickup. Additional fees may apply, which will be communicated at the time of the return.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, as items could be in production or already shipped.
